• Qualifications – no bar, but should be conversant with use of English or a regional language.

Much of the role will be designed and developed by the appointed REGIONAL CEO. However all activities planned or undertaken shall be subject to the prior approval of RSF.

The REGIONAL CEO will be expected to undertake at least one approved activity every month. Expenses thereon will be reimbursed while according approval.

The tenure of REGIONAL CEO initially will be for one year, which can be renewed or curtailed at the sole discretion of RSF.

Currently the role will be undertaken on voluntary/honorary basis, with no remuneration whatsoever. It can however be converted into a paid role subject to exceptional performance during the initial tenure. The decision in this regard will be at the sole discretion of RSF.
